Let your work do the talking.

It is common in the culture of individuals in a corporate world to become competitive with each other. It is like the principle of “Natural selection” where in only the strongest, best of the best will survive. People who can quickly adapt to their environment are the ones who are perfectly fit to a corporate environment.

The Senior High school trainees, sat down with Sir Archie T. Baluyot, but for his colleagues he is known as Ms. Kat. We will know more about his line of work with REX as an illustrator and discuss about his personal life.

We have taken a look at his personal profile but we have decided to honor her preferred way of addressing by using proper pronouns of her/she and other appropriate way.  In this article, we will get to know more Ms. Kat.

Skill is the most important thing in her line of job. It is her repertoire in order for her to fit and become one of the best in her work.  She studied in the University of the Philippines Diliman and took the path of Industrial Design but she did not finish her degree and left the school as a freshmen. Although she did not finish her studies, It was an eye-opening experience that taught her a lesson. Ms. Kat, honed and sharpened her skills as an Illustrator and because of her hardwork and dedication, it all paid off as she regularly receives various performance-based awards from REX making her an outstanding employee and has kept her standing as one of the best illustrators in REX for 19 years.

Looking back at the start of her career, she stated that she was not well aware of the task expected from a professional such as attending meetings and speaking with her superiors. All she knew before was the fact that she should focus on her work, which is to draw. But things changed along the way. She adapted to the corporate world and worked studiously to get to where she is now.
