A Sneak Peek at an HR’s Day

A company’s HR or Human Resource is the associate of employees in a company that they can always rely on. They are trusted and tested in terms of good social relations.
In this article we will take a look into a day in the job of Ms. Ara Cassandra S. Dacara and a sneak peak of what is it like to become an HR.
Ms. Ara is the newly added member of the Department of Human Resource. She has been working in the company of REX for about a month now. She had a work experience in other companies for 2 years before she left and decided to join REX. She graduated at “Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Marikina” with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Business Adminisration Major in Human Resource.
Human Resource focuses on activities that are related to employees such as recruiting and hiring of new employees, orientation and training of current employees, employees benefits and salary. They maximize employees performance by keeping an eye on them.
Ms. Ara’s line of work is about the distribution of salary of the employees and other benefits that they receive. She also manage the time keeping of the employees, whether they are late or on time, present or absent. The REX company uses a system called “ZEN time” where in it helps them monitor and keep the job easier.
            One’s productivity is not measured by their tenure but the dedication and the their drive to finish and get the job done, and this is exactly what Ms. Ara Cassandra S. Dacara proves in her line of work.

Isang umaga ang mga bata na musmos pa lamang, hindi katangkaran at namamayat sa kanyang pisikal na kaanyuan.
